You’ll speak directly with Jon about your goals, riding history, available time and any problems you’ve had (injury, fatigue, confidence, etc.).

2. Testing & Baseline
Using lab and/or field testing, Jon can measure where you are now,  threshold, VO₂, endurance, strengths and weaknesses – so your plan is built on facts, not guesswork.

3. Personalised Coaching Plan

Jon then builds a structured training plan around:
  • Your current fitness and riding level
  • Your event goals and timings
  • How many hours you can actually ride each week

You’ll get regular check-ins, plan adjustments and clear feedback, so you always know what you’re doing and why.
